The Bakers Pride® model P46BL oven features two independently controlled baking chambers: an upper chamber with two decks that is great for pizza, pretzels, and flatbreads and a taller lower chamber with one deck for baking or roasting. This oven has brick-lined decks with 2.75" deck heights on the top and a 7" deck height on the bottom. Brick-lined ovens have an additional Cordierite stone above the deck, which helps the oven retain heat longer and recover temperatures quickly.
The two baking chambers are independently controlled, featuring a 284–680°F thermostat and 15-minute timer in the top chamber and a 140–550°F thermostat and 60-minute timer in the bottom chamber. This series comes standard with stainless steel exterior and 4” adjustable legs. International voltages available.
