With its compact 38” footprint, the same as your convection oven, the Hydrovection saves space in your kitchen. The Hydrovection allows you to do more, bake, roast, gratinate, poach … in less space. Hydrovection, it’s practically a Combi at half the price!

HVH Hydrovection ovens feature Blodgett’s patented Helix Technology which forces air into the oven cavity evacuating laden moisture, improving product quality while reducing cook times. Helix offers up to 30% faster cook times and 20% better yields on existing recipes.

HVH-100EADDL is an additional section to be ordered for stacking with an existing HVH-100E and includes 1 oven, 8-1/2” stainless steel legs, casters and stacking kit
