The XR8 is the perfect merchandising oven. The large viewing windows, rotating rack and halogen lighting make your baked goods impossible to resist. It's the perfect choice when you need consistent results through the entire oven - front to back and top to bottom.
Our professional bakers love the unique rack slides and the internal steam function. These features make the XR8 easy to configure and ideal for bagels and artisan breads.
A true no-turn bake, the XR8 mini rotating rack oven gives you perfect results each and every bake. A continuously rotating 8 pan rack and unique airflow system moves a large amount of air at low velocity to ensure a consistently even bake every time.
- 16 pan stand with adjustable spacing, removeable crumb trays and low profile casters
- Internal steam system with pre-plumbed water lines
- Standard digital control with six programmable presets, steam vent control blower delay and separate bake and steam times
- Optional MenuSelect control can hold multi-stage programming for up to 99 products, includes Cook & Hold, core probe cooking and USB port
- Four side mounted halogen lights for superior illumination
- Blower delay feature allows the convection fan to be turned off for up to 10 minutes – ideal for baking delicate products
- Rack can be removed easily for cleaning
