In 1989, Concordia's engineers invented the modern super-automatic commercial espresso machine — one button, bean to cup, barista quality. That wasn't an incremental improvement. It created a category. Thirty-five years later, we still design and build in Seattle. Same factory. Now sharing a floor with Synesso, the specialty espresso machine benchmark, whose pressure profiling and thermal technology lives inside our latest machines.
The Pacific Northwest didn't accidentally become the world's coffee capital. Concordia helped make it one.

Concordia offers 1-year parts and labor warranty on our entire line of equipment.
To determine if your machine is covered under warranty, please call us at 800-778-0990. If you are covered under warranty, we will telephone troubleshoot your issue and then dispatch a certified Concordia trained technician if needed.
If your machine is not under warranty, we will assist you in finding your local certified Concordia trained technician.
