Warranty Policy
1-Year Parts Warranty
If a part fails within the first year due to a manufacturing issue (and not operator error), Emery Thompson will replace the part at no cost to the customer. Standard ground shipping is included.
90-Day Labor Warranty
If a machine issue occurs within the first 90 days that is not caused by operator error, Emery Thompson will provide the labor of a technician. Service approval is at Emery Thompson’s discretion. Customers must contact us first to explain the concern or issue, and our team will determine the appropriate next steps.
