Flavor Burst

Flavor Burst systems enhance existing frozen treat freezers by flavoring base product as it dispenses from the spout.  Each system is packed with 4 to 8 different syrup flavors and can create beautiful layered servings when multiple flavors are selected from the menu screen.  These systems allow for a much more colorful and flavorful menu without the need to buy more freezers.  Flavor Burst systems are available for a wide range of soft serve, shake, slush, and FCB freezer models and brands.  Flavor Burst Company continues to serve up innovated ways to deliver eye-catching variety and tempting flavors the industry craves.

Warranty

GENERAL WARRANTY
Flavor Burst offers a 3-year limited warranty on CTP Series and FB Series flavoring systems and their components when purchased new from and installed by an authorized distributor.  
Any replacement part installed in the third year of the warranty period includes a 1-year warranty from the date the replacement part is installed.  
Warranty is non-transferable. It is valid only for the original purchaser of the system while in their possession.

WHAT IS COVERED
The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for the first 36 months from the date recorded on the Installation and Checkout Form. 

EXCLUSIONS
Specific models (including but not limited to the SNS and YUM Series) may have separate warranties if they are part of a chain account agreement. Refer to the full warranty included with your specific unit for the most accurate and definitive details of your system’s coverage.
Wear items, such as seals, o-rings, gaskets, pump tubing, etc.
Required cleaning, maintenance, and lubrication materials or services
Labor, transportation, and taxes/duties associated with diagnosing the problem, removal and return of defective parts, or installation of replacement parts.
NOTE:  While fees associated with service calls are not covered by this warranty, your local distributor may offer additional warranty options.  
Repairs required due to operator misuse* as defined in the next section.
Repairs required due to fire, flood, other natural disasters, or unforeseeable major events.

HOW TO KEEP YOUR WARRANTY IN FORCE
Ensure your Flavor Burst system is purchased new and has not been previously installed at another location.
Have your Flavor Burst system installed by your local distributor or authorized technician.  
Have your local distributor or authorized service agent perform an annual checkup to ensure the equipment is being maintained properly.
Follow proper cleaning and maintenance procedures and schedules according to the Operations Manuals included with your system.  
*Avoid misuse of the system and its parts. Misuse includes but is not limited to the following:
•    Failure to clean, lubricate, and assemble as per the operator's manual
•    Using improper cleaning chemicals
•    Failure to replace damaged or worn "wear items” or any items that require periodic replacement
•    Overloading the drive motor by dispensing product that is too cold or firm
•    Using flavoring products that have not been approved by Flavor Burst LLC
•    Mishandling parts
•    Improper attachment or installation of the equipment such as using a non-grounded power source
•    Allowing the units to be stored, transported, or operated in temperatures below 35 degrees Fahrenheit.
Distributor Notice: Fill out and return to Flavor Burst the Installation and Checkout Form when the Flavor Burst system is installed.  Accurate records tied to your serial number facilitate the warranty process.
Distributor Notice: Submit return materials requests within 60 days of service.


HOW TO OBTAIN WARRANTY SERVICE
Warranty service is provided by your local distributor. Submit any warranty claims through your local distributor as soon as possible.
