Warranty Policy and Claims Process
Warranty Policy
Congratulations on your purchase of QualServ equipment. Every QualServ product is engineered and manufactured to high performance standards and backed by one of the strongest warranties in the industry. With more than 30 years of fabrication experience, our team takes pride in delivering durable, reliable solutions supported by dedicated customer and technical support.
Standard Warranty Coverage
All QualServ items include the following standard warranty protection:
• One-year replacement of parts found to be defective in material or workmanship.
• Free freight for in-warranty parts shipped within the continental U.S.
• One-year normal labor coverage for service related to defects in materials or workmanship (industry-standard rates apply).
• 90-day warranty for replacement gaskets and rubber seals.
Warranty Conditions
QualServ warranties apply when products are properly installed, used, and maintained. Damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, neglected maintenance, unauthorized repairs, or freight damage is not covered.
Warranty claims must be reported in writing within 30 days of discovery of the issue. All replacement parts shipped prior to receiving defective items will be invoiced and credited upon validation.
Repairs must be performed by QualServ-authorized service personnel to maintain warranty coverage.
Warranty Validation
Warranty coverage begins on the date of shipment from QualServ.
Customers are responsible for validating warranties for any OEM components included in their installation. Failure to submit required OEM warranty cards within 30 days may limit coverage.
Optional Compressor Warranty (Refrigeration Products)
QualServ offers an optional 5-year compressor warranty for refrigeration equipment (must be purchased at time of sale). Two coverage levels are available, including local compressor replacement reimbursement or repair at a QualServ facility. Pre-approval and documentation are required.
Millwork Warranty
QualServ millwork products carry a one-year parts and labor warranty against defects in material or workmanship, including free freight for covered parts within the continental U.S.
Items Not Covered
• Calibration and normal adjustments
• Freight damage
• Routine maintenance (cleaning, leveling, drain clearing, etc.)
• Damage from misuse, improper installation, or acts of God
• Non-manufactured items (covered by OEM warranties)
Export Warranty
For shipments outside the continental U.S., QualServ provides one-year parts replacement (FOB origin). Labor, packing, freight, installation, and service costs for export customers are not covered.
