Product Details
Convertible Banquet Carter for plated meals and bulk food transport. Whether you're doing table service or a buffet, you can use a convertible carter. Heavy-duty features assure safe transport of food to the serving location. Double-wall, insulated unibody construction, with wheel-ahead caster pattern for travel over uneven surfaces, and a wrap-around bumper to protect the cart and facility walls.
- Banquet carts are a dime a dozen, except for Carter-Hoffman's BB1200. Each unit is constructed of 20 guage stainless steel polished exterior with 24 guage stainless steel interior.
- The BB1200 offeres (6) shelves, (3) shelves per door, with a spacing of 17 5/8".
- Concerned about heat loss, fear not, our BB1200 is wrapped around in 1" thick fiberglass insulation in the walls, doors and top. Holding in the heat better then any other cart on the market.
- Our unit is standard in 120 Volt, 60 hertz in single phase. We only run a total of 13.7 amps with 1650 watts of heating capability. The BB1200 features a drawer capable of holding (2) cans of fuel allowing for perfect holding temp during transport.
- The BB1200 is able to achieve a max temperature of 200°F and up to 160°F within 25 minutes.
- Each heating module is able to remove from the top of the cabinet without tools making this easy to clean daily.
- Curious of what we are able to hold, the BB1200 can hold (120) plates up to 12.75" in diameter. In addition we feature the ability to hold (17) GN 2/1 pans per door or (34) GN 1/1 or 12"x20" hotel pans per door.
