Convertible Carter heated banquet cart for plated meals and food in pans. Heavy-duty features assure safe transport of meals to the serving location. 3/4 height. Double-wall, insulated unibody construction, with wheel-ahead caster pattern for travel over uneven surfaces, and a wrap-around bumper to protect the cart and facility walls.
- Our BB1848 Convertible Banquet Carter is constructed of 20 gauge stainless steel exterior and a 24 gauge stainless steel interior.
- The BB1848 features (3) 20.75"x26" stainless steel shelves.
- The capacity is unbelieveable. We are designed to hold (48) plates measuring up to 11" in diameter, (10) trays measuring 18"x26", or (20) 2.5" deep hotel pans that measure 12"x20.
- Our BB1848 measures 58"H x 36"D x 30.625"W.
- The clearance between the storage shelves is 12.5" in height.
- The BB series banquet cart can get up to 200°F and preheat up to 160°F in a matter of 25 minutes.
- The BB Series Banquet cart can hold the heat better then our competitors boosting the fact we use 1" thick continous wrap around insulation and 1.5" thick around the top.
- The BB series is standard in 120 Volt Single Phase, 13.7 amps, with a NEMA 5-15P power cord, and a bottom removeable heating module.
