Designed to heat up in a instant when you place your plate inside, and constructed from stainless steel. The CGM24 can easily be converted to become pass through in the field helping not only save money but doubling its production capabilities. Standing in at a whopping 10 inches high, 18.375 inches deep and 23.8125 inches wide. It can be easily mounted to a wall for single sided operation or placed on a shelf for dual sided usage. The CGM24 can reach up to a max temperature of 400°F and able to melt cheese at 375°F in 45 seconds. No preheat ever needed, yet able to easily save energy between uses as idles at 50% power till when needed.
- Our Cheesemelter/Finishing Oven is able to reach 400°F and preheat to 375°F in a matter of 45 seconds thank you to the quartz style heating elements.
- Each CGM has adjustable stainless steel legs allowing you to install on the even most uneven surface.
- Between uses our unit will sit in power saving mode. Once you add a item the elements will heat to 100% power and heat up instantly.
- The exterior dims of the CGM24 is 10"H x 14.375"D x 23.8125"W.
- The interior cavity size is 14"D x 18"W x 3.375"H.
