Classic Carter heated banquet cart for plated meal service. Heavy-duty features assure safe transport of meals to the serving location. Double-wall, insulated unibody construction, with wheel-ahead caster pattern for travel over uneven surfaces and a wrap-around bumper to protect the cart and facility walls. Capacity: 200 covered plates up to 10.5" diameter
- Every BB200D has a 200 covered plate capacity with a measurement of 8.75" to 10.5" in dia.
- Every door on the BB200D is wrapped in high temp door gasket, ensuring proper holding.
- Outside our high temp door gasket, every unit comes with a 1" thick insulation inside each door & all sides, as well as 1.5" thick insulation in the top.
- 6" rugged heavy duty casters ensures this heated banquet cart a perfect transportatoin solution.
- The interior features (4) stainless steel shelves measuring 22" x 53 1/4" with 13" clearance between each.
- Equipped to reach a max temp of 200°F and able to preheat to 160°F in a matter of 25 minutes.
- The BB200D measures 71 1/2"H x 30 1/2"D x 61 1/2"W.
- Built in 120 Volt 60 hertz Single Phase in 13.7 Amps, and standard with a NEMA 5-15P power cord.
