Classic Carter heated banquet cart for plated meal service. Heavy-duty features assure safe transport of meals to the serving location. Double-wall, insulated unibody construction, with wheel-ahead caster pattern for travel over uneven surfaces and a wrap-around bumper to protect the cart and facility walls. Capacity: 90 covered plates up to 11" diameter
- The BB90 is able to reach up to 200°F and will preheat to 160°F in a matter of 25 minutes.
- The BB90 comes with (5) shelves each measuring 30" x 22.5".
- The BB90 measures 63.125"H x 42"D x 31"W.
- Each shelf is spaced 10" apart allowing for the ability to hold up to (90) 8.75" tp 10.5" diameter lpates.
- Designed to hold food to a proper temp for serving, every BB90 includes high temp gasket helping keep the heat in where it needs to be.
- The BB series banquet cart comes with 6" heavy duty casters, and contstructed of 20 gauge stainless steel exterior and a 24 gauge stainless steel interior.
- Best in class design for holding, with 1" thick insulation in all sides and in the door and 1.5" thick insulation in the top.
- Ships standard in 120 Volt, single phase in 13.7 amps, and includes a NEMA 5-15P power cord.
