This allows the operator the ability to dial in the right temperature for a variety of products in a single cabinet. The pass through, doorless design allows for easy access and improved traffic flow in the kitchen.
- Our DF1818-4 is the countertop perfect pizza solution. This unit is equipped with 3 shelves each capable of holding a 18"x18" pizza box
- Constructed head to toe in stainless steel, our base features 12 guage stainless steel
- As your business grows you can as well, these units can stack in the field without any special hardware, allowing for you to expand on your timeline
- Optional pass through maximizes its usefulness, load from front or back, pickup from front or back
- Designed with multiple zones of holding, with electronic controls & digital temperature display
- We offer optional shelving for 4" deep hotel pans, allowing these perfect for hospitals, buffets, schools and so much more
