- The E8631H is a fully enclosed non insulated heated storage and transport cabinet.
- Constructed of aluminum and featuring 5" casters for easy transportation.
- The E8631H comes in 120 Volt, 60 hertz, Single Phase, 1650 watts, 13.7 amps, and with a NEMA 5-15P power cord.
- The E8631H is able to heat to a max temp of 200°F, and able to preheat to 160°F in 20 minutes,
- The interior working height is 39.75" in height.
- The dims of the E8631H is 59.375"H x 30"D x 23.75"W.
- The E8631H holds (26) 18"x26" or (52) 18"x13" sheet pans with a 1 1/2" fixed shelf spacing.
