The lower VCNH2W3H cabinet holds back-up capacity while you serve from the CNH18XD on the top. Crisp 'N Hold will not only handle the volume, it will hold fried foods longer and with better quality.
- This package is the best of two worlds. It has all the best features of the CNH18XD with the VCNH2W3S.
- One CNH18XD is shipped mounted on top of the VCNH2W3S.
- Each CNH18XD us capable of holidng a capacity of 1360 cubic inches of freshly fried foods.
- Our CNH comes with a integrated bottom mounted pan, helping keep the excess oil from the food, allowing for longer hold times without sacrificing quality.
- Constructed from the inside out of 20 gauge stainless ensuring a durable long life.
- The max temperature of the CNH18XD is 190°F and is able to reach this temperature within 10 minutes.
- Concerned about its holding capability, the CNH series is fully insulated with 1" thick continous wrap around insulation along bottom and sides. It helps hold the heat in where its needed.
- Featuring a reinforced top allowing you to set a CNH18XD on top of.
- The programmable control allows the end user to program holding temps on the fly.
