Keep food warm and ready to serve in hotLOGIX holding cabinets. The HL3 series can accommodate 18"x26" sheet pans and/or 12"x20" steam table pans. Energy-efficient, insulated, double-wall construction.
- Our HL3-18 is branded our Full Size Unit. This unit comes in at 70.625"H x 29.5"D x 24.6875"W.
- All HL3 Series ships out as 120 volt, single phase, 1750 watts, 15 amps, and a cord in the NEMA configuration 5-20P.
- The HL3-18 is equipped to hold (36) 12"x20" Pans or (18) 18"x26" Sheet Pans.
- Constructed of light weight aluminum, and robust 5" diameter casters, this unit is verstile in its application usage without breaking the bank. Please note this unit is non insulated.
- The HL3 series is able to reach up to 190°F and obtain 160°F in a matter of 30 minutes.
- Each HL3 Series HotLogix features a bottom mounted heating module that can easily me removed for clearning or servicing, or in case needed replaced entirely.
- One key feature to note is the adjustable, removable tray racks with universal wire slides with a fixed spaced at 3".
- Our module features a circlulating air blower motor to help distribute even heat for proper holding.
- The HL Series HotLogix cabinets offer a three year labor and parts warranty.
