hotLOGIX Holding Cabinet - HL5 series holding cabinet are great for holding pans of covered foods for extended times and can also hold uncovered crisp foods. Universal adjustable tray slides accommodate a variety of pan sizes.
- The HL5 series is constructed of 20 gauge stainless steel exterior and 24 gauge interior.
- The HL5-5 is equipped to handle (5) 12"x20" or (10) 18"x26". Please note that there is a 3" shelf spacing between each pan.
- Our HL5-5 measures 33.0625"H x 33.0625"D x 28"W. The interior height measurement is 16.9375".
- Our HL5-5 comes standard in 120 volt, single phase, 9.2 amps, and with a NEMA 5-15P power cord.
- Perfect cabient for holding your hot foods. The HL cabient comes encased in 2" thick fiberglass continous wrap around insulation.
- Each unit comes with removeable tray racks and universal steel slides, allowing for adjustment at 1.5" centers. The standard spacing is 3".
- Designed with a max temp of 200°F and the ability to preheat to 160°F in a total of 25 minutes.
- The heating module unlike other Hotlogix is located at the top of the cabinet, making it eye level with the operator.
- The HL Series HotLogix cabinets offer a three year labor and parts warranty.
