The hotLOGIX HL8-8-10 heated holding cabinet features two holding environments with a holding cabinet on the top and a two drawer warmer on the bottom. With this cabinet, you can hold items requiring 2 separate environments in the same cabinet.
- The HL8-10-RW can hold (20) 12"x20" pans with 3" shelf spacing with additional (2) 12"x20"x6" deep pans in the drawers. It can otherwise hold (10) 18"x26" sheet pans.
- The interior working height of the HL8-10-RW is 35.5".
- The dimensions of the HL8-10-RW is 76.375"H x 35.625" D x 28.25"W.
- Fully constructed out of stainless steel with 2" thick wraparound insulation.
- Designed to operatore off 120 Volt, 60 hertz, single phase, 2000 watts, 16.7 amps, and with a NEMA 5-20 power cord.
- Perfectly able to reach 200°F and hold at 160°F with 25 minutes.
- The HL8-10-RW is fully welded and includes 5" casters. Perfect for the chef on the go.
- Our HL8-1816 comes with two independent cavities allowing you to do two products at two different temps at one time.
- The HL Series HotLogix cabinets offer a three year labor and parts warranty.
