Logix8 Series holding cabinets are great for holding pans of covered moist food or uncovered pans of crispy food. They feature digital temperature controls with a low temperature alarm. This small cabinet fits into tight spaces and is a great back-up storage cabinet for a serving line.
- The HL8-128 is capable of holding (8) 12"x20" 2.75".
- The interior working height of the HL8-128 is 24" high.
- The dims of the HL8-128 are 38.875"H x 24.75"D x 18.375"W.
- The HL8-128 come standard in 120 Volt, 60 hertz, single phase, 1000 watts, 8.3 amps, with a NEMA 5-15 power cord.
- The max temperature of the HL8-128 comes in at 200°F and we preheat to 160°F in approx. 20 minutes.
- The HL8-128 is wrapped around in 1" thick high density fiberglass insulation.
- The heating module unlike other Hotlogix is located at the top of the cabinet, making it eye level with the operator.
- The HL Series HotLogix cabinets offer a three year labor and parts warranty.
