- Our rack is constructed of Type T6463-T5 alloy construction.
- Fully welded allowing for durability and length of life.
- Featuring (4) rugged heavy duty casters, aking this your transport solution.
- Able to hold (12) 18"X26" sheet pans or (24) 18"X13" sheet pans at one time, with a 4.5" shelf spacing. In addition we can hold (24) 12"X20" sheet pans or hotel steam table pans.
- O8631V is designed as end loaded, which is perfect for your proofer and ovens.
- The dims of the O8631V is 64" H x 26"D x 24"W.
- The O8631V features removeable tray supports, and this means you can adjust the shelf spacing at 1.5" increments.
- This rack is perfect for 20"x20" glass racks, 15"X20" service trays, 1/1 gn pans, 18"x26" or 13"x18" sheet pans or roasting pans, 10"X20" roasting or baking pans, 20"X22" roasting and baking pans.
