Product Details
Keep your bases and plates on the tray line in a single cabinet. Our combination Base/Plate Heater can roll right up to the line and you can hold 1) plates in both silos 2) bases in both silos or 3) plates in one silo and bases in the other. There are separate controls and thermostats for each silo, with a capacity of (60) bases or (75) plates each.
- The PBH2S measures 45"H x 23"D x 35.25"W.
- The small footprint of the PBH2S does not compare to its holding capacity. Designed to hold up to (120) bases (60 per silo) or (150) plates (75 per silo) that measure from 7" to 10.25" in diameter.
- Constructed of 18 gauge stainless steel, and insulated around all sides, tops and bottoms ensuring perfect heat retention. Includes 3.5" diameter caters allowing for transport or relocation.
- The PBH2S ships out 208 volt, single phase, 3200 watts, 15.4 amps with a NEMA 6-20P power cord standard.
- The PBH2S is designed to reach up to 325°F if being used to store bases, and 230°F if using the plate silo feature. This is preset by the factory and requires zero adjustment.
- The PBH2S is designed as a two silo base style heating mobile cart, with each silo measuring 3.5" diameter.
- The PBH Series Base Heater Mobile Cart features independently controlled silos all in the same cart.
- The PBH2S comes with a one year labor and parts warranty.
