Carter-Hoffmann PH Series heated transport carts are ideal for holding and transporting food in 18"x26" sheet pans or 12"x20" steam table pans to the serving location, whether it's down the hall, across the property or to remote serving locations. Convention centers, hotels, caterers, cruise ships, banquet halls, school and restaurants rely on them to deliver their food hot and fresh.
- Every Carter-Hoffmann PH series transport cabinet comes wrapped in 1" thick high density fiberglass insulation in the sides & doors.
- The max temp of the PH1810 is 200°F & is able to preheat to 160° in a matter of 25 minutes.
- The dims of the PH1810 is 59.25"H x 36"D x 30.625"W.
- The interior working height of the PH1810 is 46" high.
- Comes standard in 230 volt, 60 hertz, single phase, 1650 watts, 7.2 Amps
- Constructed entirely of stainless steel & fully welded allowing for better holding accuracy.
- The PH1810 features a 3.5" pan spacing. We can hold up to (13) 18"x26" or (26) 18"x13" sheet pans.
- The PH series comes with a one year labor & parts warranty.
