Carter-Hoffmann heated correctional transport carts for 12"x20" and 18"x26" pans are built tough, with tamper-resistant features. They take the abuse and keep on rolling. Food pans are delivered safely and reliably.
- Every Carter-Hoffmann PH series transport cabinet comes wrapped in 1" thick high density fiberglass insulation in the sides & doors.
- The max temp of the PH1820 is 200°F & is able to preheat to 160° in a matter of 25 minutes.
- The dims of the PH1820 is 38"D x 62.75"H x 31.5"W.
- The interior working height of the PH1820 is 45.34" high.
- Comes standard in 120 volt, 60 hertz, single phase, 12.5 Amps, & with a NEMA 5-15P power cord.
- Constructed entirely of stainless steel & fully welded allowing for better holding accuracy.
- The PH1820 has a a top mounted heating system allowing for quick replacement or servicing.
- The PH125 features a 3.5" pan spacing. We can hold up to (12) 18"x26" or (24) 12"x20" pans.
- The PH series comes with a one year labor & parts warranty.
