- The PH1840 is designed to hold (30) 12"x20" or (15) 18"x26" sheet pans with a 3.5" shelf spacing and incremental slide adjustments at 1.75" increments.
- The PH1840 is designed to hold (30) 12"x20" or (15) 18"x26" sheet pans with a 3.5" shelf spacing and incremental slide adjustments at 1.75" increments.
- The dimensions of the PH1840 are 75.875"H x 38"D x 31.5"W.
- The PH1840 comes standard in 120 Volt, 60 hertz, single phase, 1500 watts, 12.5 amps, with a NEMA 5-15 power cord.
- Designed with a top mount heating system and the capability of reaching 200°F max or preheat to 160°F in 25 minutes makes us top of the line in heated correctional transportation.
- Fully equipped with safety in mind while working in the correctional kitchen. Tamper proof screws, security cover over the power switch, lockable cabinet latch are just some of the features we include.
