Carter-Hoffmann PH Series heated transport carts are ideal for holding and transporting food in 18"x26" sheet pans or 12"x20" steam table pans to the serving location, whether it's down the hall, across the property or to remote serving locations. Convention centers, hotels, caterers, cruise ships, banquet halls, school and restaurants rely on them to deliver their food hot and fresh.
- Our PH185 insulated mobile heated cabinet is constructed out of a welded stainless steel frame. The exterior is constructed out of 20 gauge stainless steel and the interior is constucted out of 24 gauge stainless steel.
- Our PH185 comes standard with adjustable slides with a incrimental spacing of 1.75". Standard shelf spacing is 3.5".
- Fully insulated in 1" thick continous fiberglass wrap around. Helping ensure holding accuracy.
- The interior working height is 20.875", with the ability to hold (5) 18"x26" sheet pans or (10) 12"x20" hotel pans.
- The perfect transport cabinet featuring 3" thick heavy duty casters.
- Our PH185 is able to reach a 200°F max temperature, and perfectly designed to preheat to 160°F in a matter of 25 minutes.
- The PH185 measures 30.5"H x 36"D x 30.625"W.
- The PH185 is standard in 120 Volt Single Phase, 1600 Watts, 13.7 amps and with a 10 foot NEMA 5-15P power cord.
