Keep your bases on the tray line in a single cabinet. Our base heater can roll right up to the line and has bases ready for meal set-up. It leaves the factory configured for base holding, but can be switched to plate holding in the field for added flexibility. Capacity: 180 bases (60 per silo) or 225 plates (75 per silo).
- The PH3S measures 45"H x 23"D x 46.325"W.
- The small footprint of the PH3S does not compare to its holding capacity. Designed to hold up to (225) bases (60 per silo) that measure from 7" to 10.25" in diameter.
- Constructed of 18 gauge stainless steel, and insulated around all sides, tops and bottoms ensuring perfect heat retention. Includes 3.5" diameter caters allowing for transport or relocation.
- The PH3S ships out 208 volt, single phase, 4800 watts, 23.1 amps with a NEMA 6-30P power cord standard.
- The PH3S is designed to reach up to 230°F. This is preset by the factory and requires zero adjustment.
- The PH3S is designed as a two silo plate style heating mobile cart, with each silo measuring 5" diameter.
- The PH Series Base Heater Mobile Cart features a single switch that controls both silos.
- The PH3S comes with a one year labor and parts warranty.
