The ST Series heated satellite transport cart is designed to transport heated foods from the production kitchen to a serving location. It can be rolled across campus or be put onto a truck and taken to a satellite serving location.
- The ST181 is designed to hold (12) 12"x20" pans or (6) 18"x26" sheet pans with 3.5" shelf spacing and adjustable to 1.75" incremenets.
- The exterior dimensions of the ST181 are 37"H x 36"D x 31.5"W.
- The interior working height of the ST181 is 23.25" high.
- Perfectly designed to operate at 230 volt, 60 hertz, single phase, 1650 watts, 7.2 amps, and a NEMA 5-15P power cord.
- The ST181 has a max temperature of 200°F and able to preheat to 160°F in 25 minutes.
- Our unit is designed to work with 18"x26", 12"x20", GN 1/1, GN 2/1, 20"x20" glass rack.
- Our ST181 comes with a one year labor and parts warranty.
