The ST Series heated satellite transport cart is designed to transport heated foods from the production kitchen to a serving location. It can be rolled across campus or be put onto a truck and taken to a satellite serving location.
- The ST188 is able to reach a max temp of 200°F, and is able to preheat to 160°F in 20 minutes.
- Each ST188 comes with (6) slide pairs standard with each unit, and its adjustable at 1.75" increments.
- The dimensions of the ST188 is 45.5"H x 35"D x 31.75"W.
- Designed to hold up to (6) 18"X26" or (12) 18"x13" sheet pans, or (12) 12"x20" pans.
- The standard pan spacing is 3.5", but don’t forget we can adjust out spacing at 1.75" increments.
- Encased in 2" thick insulation it allows for better holding capabilities.
- The interior working height of the ST188 is 23.5".
- The ST188 comes with a one year labor and parts warranty.
