The VCNH212S-2T fits nicely on a countertop and holds all kinds of crispy and fried food until it's ready to serve. The dual fan heating system brings food to the proper holding temperature and extends holding time for better quality.
- The VCNH212S is designed to work with (1) 18"x13" sheet pan per shelf, or (3) 6.75"x12.5"x2.5" per shelf.
- Every VCNH212S come with a usb port to allow for easy programming between uses.
- The dimensions of this unit is 18.625"H x 17.875"D x 24.625"W.
- This unit is amazing. Install the covers to hold each pan and lock in the moisture keeping your product no only hot and fresh but moist for longer holding times, or remove the cover to keep those crisp items crisp for longer.
- The VCNH212S come insulated on the sides and rear of the cabinet.
