Carter-Hoffmann's Vertical Crisp N Hold features Crisp N Hold technology in a holding cabinet footprint. The vertical Crisp 'N Hold fits nicely under a counter and holds all kinds of crispy and fried food until it's ready to serve. The dual fan heating system brings food to the proper holding temperature and extends holding time for better quality.
- The VCNH3W3S can hold up to (9) 1/2 size length, 4" steam table pans, measuring 6"W x 20"L x 4"D.
- Featuring a reinforced top allowing you to set a CNH18XD or CNH28XD on top of.
- The programmable control allows the end user to program holding temps on the fly.
- Constructed of stainless steel and wrapped in thick insulation. Makes this the best solution to hold not only crisp foods but also moist foods.
- Equipped to reach a max temp of 200°F and able to preheat to 180°F in a matter of 10 minutes.
- The VCNH3W3S measures 32 7/8"H x 30 5/8"D x 29"W.
