The Carter-Hoffmann® EnduraHeat® Series of Banquet Carters are simple to operate, and precise in holding for your event. Constructed from 16 gauge stainless steel and wrapped in two and a half inches in high density insulation. It can help ensure your cabinet preheats to 160°F in thirty minutes every time. This luxury carter runs off 120 Volt, 1950 watts, 15.3 amps and comes standard with a ten foot NEMA 5-20P power cord. Each unit is designed with (3) 27.625 inches deep by 59 inches inch wide stainless steel shelves fixed with a spacing of 14.9375 between. The overall unit only measures 63.375 inches high by 37.875 inches deep by 69.375 inches wide. Featuring heavy duty rugged 6" diameter casters allowing for unit to travel over uneven surfaces without effecting your plated dishes inside.
