EnduraHeat Banquet Cart for plated meal service. Features rechargeable heat retention system . Provides heat for up to 2 hours, unplugged. The cart is designed for service in areas where electricity is not readily available, such as under a tent or outdoors. It also has a standard convection heating system. Capacity: 120 covered plates up to 11" diameter.
- Banquet carts may look alike—but the Carter-Hoffman BR120 stands apart. Built with reinforced stainless steel and a durable 20-gauge interior and exterior, it delivers reliable, long-lasting performance.
- The BR120 offers (3) shelves with a spacing of 16.5". Each stainless steel shelf measures 22.125"x47".
- Concerned about heat loss, fear not, our BR120 is wrapped around in 2" thick fiberglass insulation.
- Our unit is standard in 120 Volt, 60 hertz in single phase. We only run a total of 15.3 amps with 1950 watts of heating capability.
- The BR120 is able to achieve a max temperature of 200°F and up to 160°F within 20 minutes.
- Each heating module is able to remove from the interior base of the cabinet without tools making this easy to clean daily, service or replace.
- Curious of what we are able to hold, the BR120 holds up to (120) 8.75"-11" diameter covered plates.
