Heated Banquet Cart. Provides equal performance with electrical or canned fuel. Ideal for locations where electricity is not readily available. Equipped with canned fuel drawers and top mounted heater and a precision-engineered heat distribution system for even heating throughout. Capacity: 120 plates with covers, up to 11" diameter.
- The Carter-Hoffmann BB1300 raises the standard for banquet carts with its polished 20-gauge stainless steel exterior and durable 24-gauge stainless steel interior, combining strength, style, and dependable performance.
- The BB1300 offers (3) shelves measuring 47" x 22 1/8", with a spacing of 16 1/2".
- Concerned about heat loss, fear not, our BB1300 is wrapped around in 1" thick fiberglass insulation all over except for the top which is 1 1/2" thick.
- Our unit is standard in 230 Volt, 50 hertz in single phase. We only run a total of 7.2 amps with 1650 watts of heating capability. The BB1300 features a drawer capable of holding (2) cans of fuel allowing for perfect holding temp during transport.
- The BB1300 is able to achieve a max temperature of 200°F and up to 160°F within 20 minutes.
- Each heating module is able to remove from the top of the cabinet without tools making this easy to clean daily.
- Curious of what we are able to hold, the BB1300 can hold (120) plates measuring between 8.75" to 11".
