Keep food warm and ready to serve in hotLOGIX®holding cabinets. The HL1 series can accommodate 18"x26" sheet pans and/or 12"x20" steam table pans.
- Each HL1 Series HotLogix features a bottom mounted heating module that can easily me removed for cleaning or servicing, or in case needed replaced entirely.
- Constructed of light weight aluminum, and robust 5" diameter casters, this unit is versatile in its application usage without breaking the bank. Please note this unit is non insulated.
- The HL1 series is able to reach up to 190°F and obtain 160°F in a matter of 30 minutes.
- One key feature to note is the adjustable, removable tray racks with universal wire slides with a fixed spaced at 3".
- Our module features a circulating air blower motor to help distribute even heat for proper holding.
- The HL Series HotLogix cabinets offer a three year labor and parts warranty.
