hotLOGIX®Holding Cabinet - HL7 Series Holding Cabinets are great for holding pans of covered foods for extended times and can also hold uncovered crisp foods. Universal adjustable pan slides accommodate a variety of pan sizes.
- The HL7 series is constructed of 20 gauge stainless steel exterior and 18 gauge interior.
- Perfect cabinet for holding your hot foods. The HL cabinet comes encased in 2" thick fiberglass continuous wrap around insulation.
- Each unit comes with removeable tray racks and universal steel slides, allowing for adjustment at 1.5" centers. The standard spacing is 3".
- Designed with a max temp of 200°F and the ability to preheat to 160°F in a total of 25 minutes.
- The heating module unlike other Hotlogix is located at the top of the cabinet, making it eye level with the operator.
- The HL Series HotLogix cabinets offer a three year labor and parts warranty.
