Carter-Hoffmann® heated correctional transport carts for 12"x20" and 18"x26" pans are built tough, with tamper-resistant features. They take the abuse and keep on rolling. Food pans are delivered safely and reliably.
- Maximize efficiency with the PH1840, built for high-volume use. It holds up to 30 full-size 12" x 20" pans or 15 sheet pans, with adjustable shelves for flexible, organized storage and reliable performance.
- The PH1840 is designed to hold (30) 12"x20" or (15) 18"x26" sheet pans with a 3.5" shelf spacing and incremental slide adjustments at 1.75" increments.
- The dimensions of the PH1840 are 75.875"H x 38"D x 31.5"W.
- The PH1840 comes standard in 120 Volt, 60 hertz, single phase, 1500 watts, 12.5 amps, with a NEMA 5-15 power cord.
- Designed with a top mount heating system and the capability of reaching 200°F max or preheat to 160°F in 25 minutes makes us top of the line in heated correctional transportation.
- Fully equipped with safety in mind while working in the correctional kitchen. Tamper proof screws, security cover over the power switch, lockable cabinet latch are just some of the features we include.
- Designed with holding in mind it is wrapped in 1" thick high density fiberglass insulation.
