The RTB series heated holding cabinets add food holding capacity for kitchens using roll-in rack ovens. They accommodate common sizes of racks used with ovens by Rational, Blodgett®, Eloma, Houno and Electrolux.
- The RTB202M is designed to save space while delivering strong performance, with a balanced size that offers plenty of capacity and easy access for busy operations.
- The internal dimensions are RTB202M are 60"H x 32"D x 29"W.
- Designed with 2" thick wrap around insulation in the top, bottom and sides, and 6" legs.
- Constructed out of 20 gauge stainless steel inside out.
- Designed to work with the same rack used in the Blodgett TE14, Blodgett TE10, Blodgett TE20, or Huono C202.
- Our unit has max temperature 200°F and is able to preheat to 160°F in a matter of 20 minutes.
- Each RTB important features is our low temp alarm allowing you to know when our cabinet is not holding correctly.
- Our RTB202M comes with a one year labor and parts warranty.
