The CookTek SinAqua induction warmers eliminate the use of water without compromising food quality. The SinAqua is designed to accomodate Gastronorm or standard hotel pans - half pans.
- Available in 4” or 6” depths with three or six sensors
- The number of sensors determines pan compatibility: Three sensors (3 temp zones) fit standard hotel/gastronorm pans or up to three 1/3 pans, and six sensors (6 temperature zones) fit standard hotel/gastronorm pans, up to three 1/3 pans, or six 1/6 pans
- No water lines or drains required
- Drop-in design with aluminum housing and a high-impact, easy-to-clean polycarbonate interior surface
- Automatic pan detection allows for instant energy transmission to pan; almost no energy consumption when pan is not present
- Highly visible and durable capacitive touch user interface
- Lock feature prevents unwanted setting changes
