Designed for exceptional performance, each kettle boasts a robust double-walled interior that forms a steam jacket around the lower two-thirds, ensuring optimal heat circulation with its hemispherical bottom. Crafted from premium 316 stainless steel, the liner is specially engineered to handle high-acid products with ease. The stainless steel mounting legs enable effortless tilting beyond 90 degrees, allowing for complete emptying while discreetly concealing the steam supply and condensate return connections. The right leg is equipped with a precision steam control valve, enhancing operational efficiency. Each kettle is equipped with a user-friendly tilt handle and a heat-resistant knob, ensuring safe and convenient use.
The cabinet is thoughtfully constructed with a full perimeter painted angle frame and a reinforced countertop, featuring a sleek #4 finish in stainless steel. It offers removable side panels and hinged doors with secure magnetic latches. Mounted on sturdy 6-inch (152 mm) stainless steel legs with four adjustable flanged feet, the cabinet provides robust stability and can be securely anchored to the floor. Additionally, it includes a versatile hot and cold water faucet with control valves, as well as 3-inch (76 mm) deep sinks complete with drains and splash guards for enhanced functionality.
Smartly hidden within the cabinet, the plumbing includes a steam supply manifold with a safety relief valve and a condensate return manifold, along with a steam trap for each kettle. Each kettle is proudly ASME code stamped and registered with the National Board, ensuring the highest standards of safety and reliability.
