The 20-gallon model features a premium interior made from type 316 stainless steel, specifically designed to handle high acid foods without compromise.
Built on a robust stainless steel pedestal base, these kettles include four strategically placed 7/16” holes, facilitating secure installation to the floor for added stability. The construction employs durable welded satin finish stainless steel, type 304, which not only enhances longevity but also ensures an elegant appearance.
To further elevate your cooking experience, each kettle is equipped with a spring-assisted hinged stainless steel cover for easy access and a 2” (50mm) sanitary draw-off valve with a perforated strainer, designed to streamline your food preparation process.
