The kettles are meticulously crafted with a hemispherical bottom that enhances heat circulation, promoting even cooking every time. Each unit is securely mounted on a sturdy stainless steel rectangular base, with concealed mounting lugs for a sleek, professional appearance. A removable operating handle, equipped with a heat-proof knob, allows for safe and easy operation.
Constructed from high-quality welded type 304 stainless steel with a #4 finish, these kettles are not only durable but also designed to withstand the rigors of a busy kitchen. The interior cooking surface utilizes type 316 stainless steel, offering superior resistance to corrosion and ensuring longevity.
