The Crown line of self-generating, electric, full-jacket kettles is designed for superior performance and reliability. These low-height pedestal kettles feature a double-wall interior that forms a full steam jacket around the entire kettle, ensuring efficient heat transfer and uniform cooking. The steam jacket is filled with factory-sealed distilled water for optimal heat retention. The kettle’s hemispherical bottom design allows for superior heat circulation, making it ideal for a variety of cooking applications.

The pedestal base is built for stability, with four 7/16” holes evenly spaced for secure mounting to the floor. Constructed from all-welded, #4 finish type 304 stainless steel, the kettle is durable and easy to clean, while the interior liner is made from high-quality 316 stainless steel, perfect for high-acid cooking applications. The unit comes with integrally mounted controls that include a power switch, thermostat, pilot light, low water light, vacuum/pressure gauge, safety relief valve, and low water shutoff, providing ease of operation and enhanced safety. A faucet bracket is also standard for added convenience.

For added functionality, the kettle includes removable heating elements, a 2” (50 mm) sanitary draw-off valve, and a spring-assisted, hinged stainless steel domed cover. Certified with ASME Code, National Board Registration, c-CSA-us, and NSF, this kettle meets the highest standards of safety and quality. Operating within a temperature range of 165°F to 285°F (74°C to 140°C) and a maximum pressure of 50 psi (345 kPa), it delivers reliable, high-performance cooking every time.
