Product Details
The GL-20E, GL-30E, GL-40E, and GL-60E kettles are designed for reliable performance and ease of use, featuring electronic ignition and a spring-assisted hinged cover for convenient operation. These kettles are constructed with a durable type 304 stainless steel exterior finished with a #4 sanitary finish and supported by 6” (152mm) stainless steel adjustable legs for stability and easy leveling.
The interior of the kettle is crafted from a one-piece welded construction of type 316 stainless steel with a #4 sanitary finish. With 2/3 jacketed construction, the kettle ensures efficient heat distribution for consistent cooking results. A 2” (50 mm) tangent draw-off valve with strainer comes standard for easy draining.
The recessed control panel, positioned on the front side of the unit for easy access and visibility, includes intuitive controls. Standard features include a direct immersion thermostat, water sight glass, cooking light, pressure gauge, and a low water indicator light. For safety, the kettle is equipped with a low water cut-off, pressure relief valve, pressure switch, and a 100% safety gas shutoff valve, ensuring safe and efficient operation. A faucet bracket is also included for added convenience.
