Product Details
The Crown Oyster Cookers are constructed with type 316 stainless steel for both the inner and outer shells, featuring a #4 finish and one-piece welded construction. Each 2-quart cooker includes a tilt handle and heat-resistant knob, allowing for a full 90° tilt for complete emptying. The stainless steel mounting legs house the steam supply and condensate, with the right leg fitted with a steam control valve for precise operation. Each unit is equipped with a stainless steel lift-off cover.
These cookers are mounted on a cabinet base with a full perimeter angle frame, reinforced counter, and a spillage sink complete with a drain and drain screen. The base also includes boiler mountings, an electric boiler with controls, hinged doors with magnetic catches, and removable side panels. The unit rests on 6” (152 mm) stainless steel legs with 4 adjustable flanged feet for securing it to the floor. The entire exterior is finished with #4 stainless steel.
The steam manifold is concealed within the cabinet and features a steam trap and safety relief valve. Standard features include automatic boiler blowdown, CSD-1 boiler controls, and a split water line.
