This two-compartment commercial food steamer is ideal for restaurants, healthcare facilities, cafeterias, and other high-volume foodservice operations needing fast, consistent steaming without compromising quality.
Designed with convenience in mind, the PSE-2 features automatic fill and drain, reducing labor and improving safety. Its electrically heated steam generator operates at 5 psi and is available in 7.5 kW or optional 10 kW configurations, making it a powerful solution for consistent and even steam cooking.
