Crown SCDA-3 Direct Steam Freestanding Food Steamer 2 Chamber Do All Compartment Cooker 12 Pan Boiler Based — 0.75 Inch Steam Line

The SCDA-2 and SCDA-3 are pressure compartment cookers featuring a top compartment with a selectable switch to operate in a pressureless free venting mode. They include a regenerative steam coil boiler, and are c-CSA-us, NSF Certified, ASME code stamped, and National Board registered. Constructed from all-welded type 304 stainless steel with a #4 finish, the doors feature an all-welded one-piece stainless steel outer shell, a removable aluminum inner liner, a full perimeter gasket seal, and a wheel-and-screw closing mechanism. The doors open a full 180° and latch upon closing.

Each compartment has a clear opening of 10-1/4” x 26-3/8” (260 mm x 670 mm) and operates at a maximum pressure of 6 psi (41 kPa). Universal pan supports are provided, with optional sliding shelves supporting two full-size (1/1 gastronorm) pans.

The control housing is made of #4 finish stainless steel with a full-access removable panel. Each compartment is independently controlled by an automatic timer with visible and audible signals. At the end of the cooking cycle, the controls automatically shut off steam, vent pressure, and drain condensate, with a continuous audible signal until manually turned off.

The cooker is mounted on a cabinet base with a full perimeter angle frame, reinforced counter, regenerative steam coil boiler with controls, hinged doors, and 6” (152 mm) stainless steel legs with 4 adjustable flanged feet. The exterior is #4 finish stainless steel with removable side panels for easy access to the boiler.
