The Automated Clean-In-Place (CIP) Skid is designed to improve cleaning efficiency while reducing chemical usage, water consumption, and overall utility costs in large-scale breweries and food and beverage manufacturing facilities. Built from durable AISI 304 stainless steel, the system features configurable one- or two-circuit designs, multiple pump options, and integrated Thermaline plate-and-frame heat exchangers to match specific process requirements. Advanced Siemens-based automation with remote monitoring provides precise control of temperature, pressure, and cleaning cycles, delivering consistent, repeatable results with less downtime and lower operating costs.
