The Hybrid Pot Still combines the character of traditional pot distillation with the efficiency and purity of column still technology, delivering versatile, high-performance alcohol production for distillers of any scale. Constructed from sanitary AISI 304 or 316 stainless steel with TIG-welded seams and optional copper contact, it allows precise control over flavor and purity while producing a wide range of spirits — from expressive whiskeys to high-purity vodka up to 96.5% ABV — all within a single, space-efficient system. Featuring customizable columns, integrated CIP, energy-efficient heating and cooling, and Siemens automation with intrinsically safe controls, the Hybrid Pot Still is a durable, flexible solution designed to meet exact production goals while reducing operating costs and energy use.
