Built in one piece and four chamber heights (6", 8", 10", 12") to choose from, Doyon's Artisan Stone Deck Ovens are the perfect choice for a variety of quality hearth breads, pastries, cookies, pies, cakes, pizza, roasts and more.
- 1" Thick Refractory Food Grade Stone Deck Per Chamber
- Independent Steam Tank per Deck, allowing for high production capability, however can per operated without humidity as well
- Perfect for Bakeries, Commissaries, Pizzerias, and so much more
- The 1T3 features three chambers each holding up to (1) 18"x26" Sheet Pan or (2) 13"x18" Sheet Pans
- Standard with 2 year parts warranty and 1 year labor warranty
- Every artisan deck oven has separate heat controls for top, bottom, and door. Allowing you to bake breads, roast meats, bake muffins & cupcakes and yet do cheesecakes & macaroons. Perfect for delicate to so much more.
- Independent controls for each deck, with a max temp of 600°F (316°C), as well featuring a 99 hour delay start timer, and Eco mode making us more efficient when you are not needing to use the oven
- Available in interior chamber heights of 6", 8", 10", 12". 6" is perfect for pizza and brownies, 8" gets you to more breads, 10" to souffles and 12" for tall proteins and tall breads. As Doyon to size you right.
- Unit comes standard connection points for water, drain and electrical; making installation a breeze
