The BTL020 Planetary Mixer features a powerful belt driven motor with overload protection for the highest reliability and efficiency while keeping maintenance cost low. The 1 HP motor and non-slipping belt provide the durability and torque necessary for tough mixes.
- We built this mixer with the baker in mind, 20 adjustable speeds allowing for the perfect meringue, to your most delicious brownies and so much more. Bonus our mixer can shift between speeds without needing to stop
- If safety is your concern this mixer has three key features for a truly safe kitchen, the first is our emergency stop button, the second is our padlock enabled power switch, and lastly a motor cut off switch bowl guard
- Our BTF series mixers come standard with with a hand operated manual bowl lift.
- Constructed of a carbon steel frame and covered in a white enamel powder coat allowing you to easily clean your mixer head to toe
- The BTF is designed with a thermal motor overload helping protect that motor
- Doyon's BTL mixer comes with a stainless steel bowl, stainless steel dough hook/flat beater/wire whip. Our whip cover can unscrew allowing you to replace each wire. Don’t forget that optoinal dolly and bowl scraper to make this complete
- Mixer is capable of doing up to 15 lbs of dough (with the hydration or AR % of 55)
